The service is designed as a hosted launch and operations layer for TradingAgents-style research workspaces.

We may collect information you provide directly, information generated through use of the service, and limited technical information required to operate and secure the product.

• Account information such as name, email address, password hash, account role, and account status.
• Order and plan details such as model choice, delivery touchpoint, billing cycle, order identifiers, payment state, deployment state, and timestamps.
• Delivery-channel material such as Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp tokens when you choose to store them for later binding.
• Support communications and issue-tracker messages you voluntarily send to us.

Payments and third-party providers

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Creem or another third-party payment provider. Complete payment-card details are not stored by this website.

We may share order identifiers, plan details, customer email, return URLs, and limited transaction metadata with payment providers to create checkout sessions and confirm payment state.

The website uses cookies, guest tokens, session identifiers, and browser storage to keep login state, guest checkout, guest console access, and binding state working.
