Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TradingAgents AI, including the website, hosted launch flow, checkout, console, APIs, account features, provisioning tracking, and upgrade functions.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nature of the service

TradingAgents AI provides a hosted interface for configuring and operating a TradingAgents-style research workspace. It is an independent software and operations service, not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or trading execution system.

TradingAgents AI is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the upstream TradingAgents open-source project or its maintainers.

Access packages and payment terms

Plans are sold as one-time access packages for the selected monthly or annual access window unless the checkout page expressly states that a recurring subscription is being purchased.

The checkout page is the final source for price, currency, taxes, discounts, and payment-provider terms before you pay.

Refunds and support response

If the hosted desk cannot be provisioned after payment because of a service-side failure, contact support within 7 days of purchase and we will review a refund or replacement provisioning attempt.

Support and refund questions should be sent to support@aigeamy.com. We aim to respond to billing and support requests within 3 business days.

Financial-use disclaimer

The service is offered for research organization, analysis workflow support, prototyping, paper-trading review, and internal operations. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

The service does not place trades, connect to brokerage execution, guarantee returns, or approve market actions.
